How to use your portraits

Wall Portraits Portraits in 20"x16" size or larger add warmth and beauty to any room of your home or office and represent the most impressive presentation of your portrait image especially when heat-sealed with a Canvas, Linen, or Leather textured finish with built in UV protection.

Canvas Wraps are modern and contemporary, "the larger the better". Consider the wall where your portrait will hang to determine the approximate size and shape. There is a tremendous difference in impact between the 16"x12" and the 40"x30" when hung over the same fireplace. Interior designers recommend that a piece of art should occupy at least 50% of the wall space available.

Gift Portraits Portraits in 10"x8", 8"x6" or smaller sizes are suitable to give as gifts to friends or family. The 10"x8" size is more versatile as it can be displayed in a standing frame or hung as part of a decorative cluster.

With each photograph you have also a choice of effect, both very popular are Either Dark or Light misting of the edges (Low Key or High Key Vignetting) which concentrates the eye on the subject in the photograph. Also you may wish to choose to have the photograph in Black & White or with the very popular Old Fashioned Sepia effect (warm brown). Selected area of photographs may be printed at no extra cost.

Manipulation involving the swapping of eyes or heads, also the creation of montages may incur an additional charge for photographs under 20"x16".
